1. PARTICIPATION
All men and women between 20 to
65 years of age (completed on the
day of the race) are entitled to participate in the
"Lost Trail". As much as 50 athletes maximum non-Greek residents
whatever their nationality will be accepted to compete.
Non-Greek resident is considered every person no matter his/her nationality lives in a country other than Greece.
2. REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Registration for non-Greek residents opens on
August 1st and lasts until the number of
50 (fifty) entrants will be reached. Otherwise inscription closes on
August 31.

QUALIFICATION
Basic
condition for participating in Lost Trail is previous
experience from similar kind of races (mountain, sky, trail, fell). Each
Lost Trail participant must
prove that one has completed one mountain/trail event
measuring 40K at least, in the current last
two
calendar years, took place
at any country. Applications not having this qualification are not acceptable and will be rejected
automatically. Road races are not
considered as strong qualification for participating OMT.
4. REGISTRATION
PROCEDURE
A. You fill the
registration application form and submit it to organizers
along with your payment
B. Organizers
check the application and approve if it meets the
requirements set
C. You receive
the
approval/rejection message. If approved, your name is
appeared in starting list
5. ENTRY FEE
& CANCELATION
Participation fee for non-Greek residents costs

(fifty five euros). This amount is payable
immediately (along with your application form) through a
credit/debit/prepaid card. Cancelation is
acceptable if requested until Ahgust 31 the latest. In this
case, entrant will be refunded 40 euros in card debited.
6. RULES & REGULATIONS
Each participant is obliged to know the
race rules and regulations during the race.
Organization suggests to each participant to read
them thoroughly.
7. COMMEMORATIVE PRESENTS &
BENEFITS
Each participant will receive commemorative gift
along with the bib number. All athletes who cross the finish line within the time limit (15 hours) will receive a remembrance medal.
All athletes will also have access to a pasta party on the
race's day, catering and medical support during the race
and a post-race meal.
Each participant can print out through the event's website a certificate showing ranking and time, only when the official results will be announced
(few days later).
8.
NO MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
REQUIRED
Athletes are NOT
requested to present any medical certificate
for their good health. However, the participants
themselves should be fully aware of their competence to
enter such a demanding race as the Lost Trail. It
must be clear that by accepting the
entry in such a race, one takes
full responsibility for anything that might happen during
or after the race. Organizers are fully indemnified from
any damage might caused to participants during, prior or
after the race.
